CALL FOR PROJECT STAFF POSITION FOR A DST-SERB ECRA PROJECT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for JRF position to work on the project
“Elucidating the role of cholesterol derivatives in regulating immune cell function”,

under the supervision of Dr. Trinath Jamma, Department of Biological Sciences, BITS-
Pilani, Hyderabad campus, Hyderabad

Title of the project: Elucidate the role of cholesterol derivatives in regulating immune cell function
Duration of the fellowship: 2 years
Project position and number: JRF (One)
Fellowship amount: Rs. 18,000/- per month (consolidated)
Eligibility requirement: M. Sc. with 1st Class in Biochemistry/Life Sciences (from

recognized university)

Interested candidates with the above mentioned qualification can send the applications on a plain paper giving detailed information about the educational qualifications, research experience and published research papers (if any), by 30th December, 2019 to Dr. Trinath Jamma (PI) via email: trinath@hyderabad.bits-pilani.ac.in. Please note that only qualified and suitable candidates will be called for interview to be held at BITS-Pilani,
Hyderabad Campus and no TA/DA will be paid for the interview. Note: The PI and
Institute reserve the right to terminate the engagement of the JRF at any time, if the
performance is not satisfactory. Candidates will be short listed for the interview based on
merit. The date and time of interview will be informed via email.
