Name of the Project: Bacteriostatic – polymer/antibiotic combination based bi-modal Strategy for in situ management of diabetic osteomyelitis: an in vitro and animal model based study.

Location: Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore

Essential Qualification: Candidates with First course BTech/MTech/MSc in Biotechnology/ Biomedical/ Mechanical/ Physics/ Chemistry or associated topics.

Desirable Qualification: Applicants with experience in animal handling, animal cell society/ biomaterial synthesis, fabrication and also the design will be favoured.

Salary:

a) MTech and also b) BTech/MSc with NET or GATE: Rs. 25,000/ per month for first two years, Rs. 28,000/ each month, if the candidate has 2 years of experience. c) BTech/ MSc without NET or GATE: fellowship according to institute norms.
