Master’s Degree in Basic Sciences with 55% marks with valid JRF/ Score in national level examination conducted by the Central Government Departments/ Agencies such as CSIR-UGC-National Eligibility Test (NET)/ MHRD – Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)/ DBT-Biotechnology Eligibility test/ IACR- All India Competitive Examination (AICE)/ Joint Graduate Entrance Examination for Biology & Interdisciplinary Life Sciences (JBEEBILS)/ ICMR – JRF Entrance Examination/ Lectureship in CSIR-UGC-.
Below 28 years as on September 25, 2019. Age relaxation will be given according to Govt. of India norms.
Rs. 31,000 + 16 percent HRA a month.
Three years or until the termination of this project whichever is earlier. The initial appointment is for a year and extension will be determined by performance evaluation. Poor performance can lead to discontinuation of this appointment.
Suitably qualified candidates may send applications in the prescribed format with a photograph, a copy of complete resume indicating the percentage of Marks obtained and attested photocopies of experience & credentials to reach the undersigned on or before September 25, 2019. Envelopes must be superscripted with abbreviated title of the project, advertisement number and job title. Selection to the position won’t entitle the candidate to any future positions at RGCB (permanent or otherwise). Just like all project positions at RGCB, the position will be co-terminus with the end of this project. Just those fulfilling the above criteria need to apply and will be called for interview. In the case of over 10 candidates being short-listed by screening the applications, a written test will be conducted prior to the selection interview and only those who are successful in the written test will be interviewed.
No TA/DA/Other emoluments will be awarded for appearing in the written test/interview.
