Job Title: Junior Project Fellow (JPF)

Name of the Project: “Conservation of Threatened Plants in Indian Himalayan Region: Recovery and Capacity Building”

Remuneration:

  • Rs. 16,000 plus HRA at 16 percent p.m. or minimum @3600 HRA p.m. for two years and
  • Rs. 18,000 plus HRA at 16 percent p.m. or minimum @3600 HRA p.m. for third year

Age Limit: 28 years as on 31.08.2019. Relaxable as per GoI norms.

JPF-1

Essential Qualifications: First class MSc in Botany or Life Sciences with Botany as a major subject from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualifications: Working experience in field survey and plant collection, cytotaxonomy, ecology, GIS, ecological niche modelling.

Essential Qualifications: First class MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Botany with Botany as a major subject from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualifications: Working experience in the area of plant tissue culture is favoured.
